the best wat to get a higher shareprice for you schwab account is to vote NO.

if this resolution passes SPQ WILL PROBABLY GO TO 3 cents... again.

then they will do a split... 10 -1 hey, we will be at 30 cents in that case.

then we will slide back maybe to the typical 10 cents that people seem comfortable with over the years.

this scenerio would value SPQ at one cent in todays numbers.... meaning a market cap of about 3.5 million.

so ask yourself, what do you value most?

good value in shareprice or simply to have a "higher" shareprice.

conclusion: you may end up with a higher share price once a split is enacted but the dollars in your schwab account will have greatly diminished, and i know you would not like that !! :)
