with regard to dilution:

the number of shares outstanding does not matter !

what matters is the "market cap" !

lets say we need 5 million to do more great drilling right through the fall:

whether we do it @ 10 cents (50,000,000 new shares plus warrents)

or @ 50 cents ( 10,000,000 new shares plus warrents)

it does not matter ....the market cap remains the same

....our value as a company remains the same.

right now our market cap is down to around 20 million, (we have fallan from 10.5 to .065 becuase of this 'split' non-sense being introduced)

...it should be atleast at 40 - 50 mil. with the price around .15 to .20 cents ...this range would be fair value given present market sentiment.

vote NO (IF YOU WANT TO SEE SHAREPRICE AT FAIR VALUE)
