i spent a lot of time with my post to you

i did it out of respect for you and your individuality ...i sensed that you were genuine in your take on this RS.

i did to help you understand all that i have expearienced in the past years with this company and others... in many cases painful expeariences.

i do not think your "stupid" ...quite the contrary ...in fact i think you are a 'thinker' ....this is why i spent the time to help you and converse with you.. if i thought you were "stupid" i would not have bothered.

please understand this and that all my intentions are good

i am sure we both are decent men and only want the best for each other and our portfolios

i understand that you had a change of mind and voted NO.

i respect this emennsely ...not becasue you voted NO ...BUT because you were man enough to give a second look and consider other veiws.. and even more so ...man enough to simply tell everyone you changed your mind

if more men did this then our world in general would be so much better.
