Just as a point of interest with regards to your quetion below.

Approximately 67 million shares were voted AGAINST and FOR Resolution #12. There are 310 million shares outstanding. Where are the other 243 million? Where's their voice?

I presently hold in excess of 200K shares, some 40K added recently (within the past month). As a consequence I did not get to vote those last shares by proxy, and some others that were not yet held by me for sufficient length of time. I suppose there is a closing date after which any shares purchased would not be transferred to me in time to validate a vote. There could be many others in the similar situation. IMO Note that I called the Equity trust office 3 times but I was unable to talk to (Clarice, Laurie or Anne) directly, I kept getting the voice mail option. I am not big on leaving voice messages lol.
