...thanks GleeGee, I'm sure we're going to see many dramatic highs and lows in the market in the weeks and months ahead, but we'll get thru it... you touch on the proxy fiasco with Noront and its' shareholders, and it is precisely because of situations like that I myself, would like to see Neil Novak put a shareholder rights plan in place to at least afford us some sort of protection, at the very minimum. I recall sending this suggestion to Jim Voisin when he was still with Spider, he referred to it as the "poison pill" however, and said he would have it brought up at the next board meeting... never heard anything back from him or Neil Novak. Perhaps it is time for all who frequent this hub and own shares in Spider, to send in a request to management to have a "rights plan" put in place for the security of the shareholders of this company... would like to hear from others on this... we should all be concerned that this action was not taken earlier if it was ever brought up at that board meeting... my thoughts, as always, all the best and good luck to all... kelsee
