...hey cylinder, nice to see you post... it is my understanding that this type of information is available to shareholders upon request, possibly in writing, not sure... this info I was given in a different venue other than Agora... this was never confirmed however...perhaps there are others who could take a minute out of their day and post if they are knowledgeable on this topic... otherwise, I would think a quick call to Kathy at Spider office should get you clarification though.. good luck Cylinder, don't be a stranger why don't ya! ... hope all is well, best... kelsee
