Did you actually read my post? Did I sound uncheery? Maybe that was realism coming through. All in all, I am confident in the BOD. This is just a bad spot on the way up, that's all.

I never said it would be a problem getting money. I know that Neil and the rest of the CEOs have lots of people out there that would be interested in a PP.

What I said was that a PP at this point will mean a lot of dilution of the stock. At current prices, to raise $1 million by PP means issuing of more that 33 million shares. For a measely $1 mil (maybe a season of drilling), we must dilute by more than 10%.

Nor did I say that 2 cents was fair value. In fact, I said that 20 cents would be closer to fair value, given what we have in the 43-101 and other results achieved (and anxiously awaited).

What I did say is that the market sucks. It is broken right now. But it will return, but not for a while yet. Nov/Dec is historically the low for Spider and other exploration companies (take a look at the 5 or 10 year charts), and this year will be no exception. This stock will hit 2 cents, or lower, by the end of the year. If the markets start to turn around at that point, we could see a nice gain in Feb/Mar. Again, look at the 5 to 10 year charts.
