With regards to the private placement (pp) completion, have a read of a previous post:

it will identify the reason for this pp.

At this time Noront Resources is having difficulty completing its own pp. Although Spider Resources has had a smaller need for flowthrough funds (that's what this pp is all about), it has found buyers - and at a 5 cent price (when the share price is half of that).

So this is good news. The SPQ BOD asked Neil Novak to work with IBK Capital to work to make the pp happen. It has.
