If nothing else, I am thinking if we don't get an explanation for this PP I am going to support JDF in his bid for a vote. At the same time I don't think there is much hope of it happening.

I think the OSC ruling with regards to Hudbay was a one off.They overruled the TSX decision which ruled against requiring a vote. The TSX have no rules against this kind of dilution to my knowledge.

If I read it correctly Snug said in one of his posts that 10% of the shares wouldn't be enough to change the reverse split vote so why worry, but 79,000,000 votes would and that would only require two different buyers with deep pockets and they wouldn't have to register.

At this point if this is a done deal, even if it hasn't been announced as such, we are screwed!!!
