Noront went with a PP last fall when they had money in the bank; Spider has now gone with a PP with money in the bank; Mac Watson in his executive interview today says that he will need plenty more drilling on Black Thor, and a poster on the FWR board speculates on a PP for FWR.

Mac is a great guy and he has said he doesn't need a 43-101 yet he may do one in the fall time.

Am I missing anything here? All of these guys have money in the bank but they are doing private placements. Perhaps they are all LIARS and we need to send letters to the OSC.
