I know many of you have wondered why I am fighting so hard ...well...

here are some of the primary reasons...As most of you may know, I have postiing and indirectly promoting SPQ, in particular, along with other ROF players, and I have been doing this for years...A myriad of posts upon positive posts, for years siince the birth of the ROF...Thank Goodness that most of the Geological predictions/projections about SPQ, and others, have/will have come true, and so I feel very good about that...I have endured a great deal of conflict, especially at SH, and some at AGO...you know me i never shy away...

What I don't feel good about is the fact that many readers/posters used my posts/research as the basis for their DD, and bought in. I have kept in touch with many of these fine people, who do not necessarily post regularly, although some do. It was these same people whp urged me to carry the "FIGHT" in the last SPQ RS 10 for 1,... funny how many of you have quickly forgotten that...These people and others had emailed/contacted me seeking help again, as we all felt, that this PP at this time was merely a repeat of the last fight, the RS 10 fro 1, which essentially was for the same purpose "control of SPQ"...btw...simply because these people don't post everyday, does not make them any less SPQ shareholders.....

I've had a half glass of red wine, a little rest is always good for you..and I'd like to say To be totally upfront here, Although I own a Large position in SPQ, BUT that position is merely a small percentage of my overall holdings most of which are in Gold and Gold Jr. Explorers ourside of ROF, after I realized what was really going on with the ROF and NOT etc...In my SPQ holdings, I am almost even whithin a penny or so...so yes money is an element since I feel SPQ should be worth alot more, quite a bit more, and I blame the SPQ BOD, who were the primary target of my Complaint to the OSC...

well...I feel a sort of duty, since most of these people, and likely many others from what I hear, sort of relied on my posts to form in part their D.D. on the ROF, and in reality this SPQ BOD, including Novak, in my view have done absolutely nothing to promote SPQ, and their propeties ,not even an IR person...and so I have done what I could to help them and myself , to attempt to get a fair shake for all SPQ holders, especially on this unfair PP..since up to today we've all seen nothing from SPq market wise.....

I am not going to dwell or respond to anyone on this issue anymore... I have alot of Gold investments to look after and will be spending more time with them, since Gold is finally starting it's genuine move up...So I'm not necessarily counting on SPQ as my retirement funds...lol...BUT I want to see this BOD Complaint thru, and let the OSC decide what are lawful and not lawful, acts by the BOD... I can then say absolutely that I have fought as hard as anyone could to see the "right" thing done,and most importantly my conscience is/will be clear....
