It is very obvious that many here who went along with Management in favour of this 80 MILLION shs @6 cents, and ridiculed our efforts to strenuous protest this PP, and further who laughed at us for the complaint to OSC, I hope ,will now see just what a horrible deal for SPQ and shareholders...

My view is that SPQ shareholders are entitled to and will get a fair price for our shares, when a Major wants in on SPQ action, by competitive bidding...

I also noticed that SPQ board has issued themselves SPQ "options", but this time at a more reasonable price of 10cents...I believe that our complaint, those SPQ holders who signed and mmail said complaint letter. were in part responsible for this success...This proposed PP was essentially flawed from the start on may levels, including the fact that SPQ is required by law to obtain shareholders approval, such as the case of KWG, which actually obtained shareholders approval....We SPQ shareholders were not in the same situation as KWG, we had/have could have financing almost at any time ...so this was NOT about just financiing, rather it was for "control" of SPQ at giveaway prices...I would not be at all surprised if a new resolution is brought forth by SPQ BOD, in their SPECIAL SPQ AGM, to try and get approval for another PP...

I will say this, IF the new PP_ is at a much better prices, say 12 cents or more, for about 35-40 million shares, then it might be considered, in view of the SPQ board recent "optiions" @ 10 cents...The need for moneys to drill is there, and so is the superb deposits of CHROME and potentially MMS NiCuPges, so the world is slowly discovering just what rich and wonderful Deposits SPQ sits on, not only of Chromite, but of MMS, 10 VMS deposits to be drilled by UC, SPQ 30% int, as well as all the other claims, diamonds etc...

I am very happy for all SPQ holders, even though some of them don't deserve it....Now that SPQ is once again for grabs, let the biddings beggin...
