I personally object the PP when they announced it two months ago for the reason that they should have the 43101 ready before doing a PP.

But after we understand that the result of 43101 which led us no way, I believe the PP would be affected.

I tried to call NN on the 9th and 12 th April but in vain.

Today news and the last news about option of 0.10 cents in five years to Directors are some of the sign the management would like to give confidence to the financial market ..

But I was amazed why Cliff did not get the 6 cents deal which can hold > 70 million shares of SPQ.
