Big player Cliffs bought into KWG which had 288 million oustanding which goes to show that the big players ARE interested in exploration companies trading in the pennies regardless of what anyone is saying. An RS was not required by KWG to get the big player in the ring. If a big player wants to get in the ring with SPQ I doubt very much that they would wait around for an RS to transpire. What matters is what is in the groud.
