Hi Snug,

Thanks for your insights on that situation. I was simply trying to state that if SPQ has something "really big" in the ground a major player is going to get sweet on SPQ regardless if their share price is only in the pennies with 300 million shares outstanding.

A friend of mine told me "juniors find it" and "majors prove it", meaning that SPQ will never have the cash to eventually prove what they find. They will need a major to prove it up when the time is right and I don't think that an RS is required to get this done.
