"Well...you have all seen what a malicious poster has done by suggesting and advocating for an RS, on his own, even though he claimed NN was not for it:?...he did so without any real "facts" from SPQ...."
There is no need to characterize another as malicious, simply because you disagree.
I spoke to Neil for over an hour last week, and he raised the idea of an RS with me. His words. His idea. His supporting arguments.
"just look what happened to our SPQ down to 3 cents, overtaken up by KWG...."
Do you think having a talk here on Agoracom could influence the SP like that? Good grief, John. If so, Noront would be at $100, and Freewest would have paved a road to the ROF with gold.
"IT'S YOUR MONEY in SPQ and no one elses money"
I'm speaking here on behalf of my investment.
"Instead they will drive down the New RS price, to about 6 cents"
Who will do that, John? The bogeyman? And why would they do that? Why would the market cap go to less than cash on hand?
"and by the time , 10 for 1 takes shape, our current value$ will be less than ZERO"
How is that even possible?
"we have NOT heard anything from the BOD on this RS bs"
No, I spoke to the President and CEO. And I spoke of that conversation with Snug. And we thought it worthwhile to discuss it with other shareholders. Nobody is voting yet. I'd rather discuss it ahead of time, thanks.
"WE majority shareholders should be looking into the legalities and proceedings of replacing the entire BOD"
Now you want to initiate a proxy takeover? Aren't you a little ahead of things?
"WE proved last AGM, that we shareholders control SPQ"
I believe that shareholders control all public corporations, John.
"I must say that many of you ... have expressed relevant and factual arguments "
Actually, I have been waiting to see factual arguments. I have seen many opinions.
I offered up two examples of Venture explorers operating in the ROF who have done reverse splits within the last six months. Both now trade at a premium to their adjusted share price. I asked for other examples to consider, and I'm still waiting.
I understand why this subject has passions raised, which is precisely why I wished to discuss it long before it becomes a bone of contention at an AGM. I wish to consider the subject as dispassionately as I can, and I'm hoping others will also partake in that opportunity for sober and logical reflection.
