Joe, if you feel comfortable holding off until we see the AGM agenda that's fine. You have valid points re: SEDAR.
Everyone: Just as with my wish "to have a discussion" re: 'you know what', my post today was just another suggestion with regards to the important upcoming AGM. You have responded with another suggestion, which is great. Feedback is useful for the whole community. Sharing of knowledge and concerns is of paramount importance here.
After all, we are all talking about some large monies we have invested in Spider Resources.
I should also mention once again Neil (unless he has changed his mind) does not read Agoracom boards. He is loathe to do so. However, he understands the power of the retail investor. We showed him so last AGM. He was surprised at losing the 'you know what' vote.
Yellowknifer (Danny) has offered to collect questions when it is time. I suggest that whoever wishes to voice a question(s) use the forum to state them (ie., no PMs) so that there is no duplication. I would also like to strongly suggest that we get the names of people who intend to attend the AGM. Last year there were probably 10 people. It would be nice to have double that number.
If you are 'hot under the collar' with how Spider Resources is being run, make your voice heard at the AGM. And if you can do it in person, all the better. The BOD will be there. They have to listen. If Neil doesn't like to read Agoracom, or take your phone calls, stand right in front of him and discuss your concerns! Get the answers you want.
You know what questions you want answers for e.g., find out how much money is in the bank: how much for drilling; how much for operations. Find out what the drilling plan is. Find out about the situation with KWG. Find out about the JV with UC. Just don't sit on your butts for God's sake.
