UC Resources impact for SPQ?

I was somewhat remiss in not getting UC Resources June 22nd 'Update' on my blog. But I think there is some important info in that UC news release with regards to the ROF.

The potential (and remember, the operative work is 'potential') for SPQ to benefit would be strong if what Jim Voisin is intimating is correct.
