firstly, i asked for this to be done almost ten years ago...

• first with Brian Wilson (president @ the time)
• then a few years later ...with Neil

secondly, much of the 500 million shares you speak of represents funding raised by SPQ through PP's for drilling in the ROF throughout our massive claims. ....and then the BOD optioned off 55% of our massive east and west claim blocks ...and 55% of the hard earned drilling results (which were very good) along with 55% of all futre minerals ...which will be found for sure.

this is why OUR COMPANY is not the company that it could be.

i beleive if the board members owned the amount of shares that i owned... we would have a good online site years ago... and they would have never optioned off our land and minerals.... especially after all of the dilution which shareholders endured in order to verify so much copper and massive sulfide ect...

now we are not only left with the dilution ...but also a 50% less in value for the minerals that the dilution was created for.

this is why warren buffiit says: management is key.

and we are all nice guys... but being popular does not make a better world ....or a better company ...or a better person.
