To those out there who don't think 25% of a property with the potential to be worth 100's of millions is enough please sell now. I'll be happy to buy at the appropriate price.

This play is very long term, 5-10 years (nothing is going to happen up their without a rail line. Building one will take at least 5 years. Going through the swamps of NWO will not be easy.)

If you don't like to gamble or the wait put your money in a savings account.
