Lar, you are absolutely right. For US investors we pay a horrendous premium to speculate on penny stocks. I have tp pay an extra penny through Schwab in order for them to get the order placed in Canada. On a .03 stock it is prohibitive. On a .30 stock it is just expensive. You have to really believe to pay those premiums.

I never really understood the arguments against the reverse split. Market capitalization is all that really matters whether it is 500,000,000 shares at .03, or if it is 50,000,000 shares at .30 If the price went below .30 after the split, it would go down below .03 without the reverse split.
