Canada Chrome

What do you think of this possibility ? -- All ( and I mean all) the ROF companies with chromite deposits spin off those interests only, to Canada Chrome, which would then be the operator for exploitation of those resources. All participants would retain some percentage of the joint enterprise, in proportion to their initial input. Shares in this might be distributed to shareholders of the various companies, in a similar way to the launch of Quest (from FWR). Cliffs could be very much involved, perhaps by providing some funding. This mutual enterprise would allow for a full realisation of the potential of the very large and high grade chromite deposits we have in the ROF, without competition for a limited market.

This does not preclude any further amalgamation or take-over amongst ROF companies, just provides a sensible solution to possible competition amongst holders of this particular resource. Advantages of scale are obvious.

All my own speculative opinion only.
