I've voted yes to this RS empowering resolution. And I was not celebrating at all when it was gloriously ruled out by the exited victorious shareholders... When a sound and trusted management asks for a power to act, I think that their shareholders should give them. But this is all behind us. (Note that CLF was not afraid of KWG OS before getting in...)

I think that we may see a KWG-SPQ merger (or consolidation through a takeover?), next year or so. Both do carry a heavy float... SPQ would be advised to soon swap its non-ROF assets in a sister corp... but, i repeat myself... Sorry.

And Hoov: you did not answer Snug's question? How would you split $25K among ROF juniors?
