With Freewest entering into a Confidentiality and Exclusivity Agreement with a third party. The agreement provides, in effect, that subject to certain exceptions, Freewest will negotiate with the third party on an exclusive basis until December 1, 2009.

This part in the above paragraph......subject to certain exceptions......?

I wonder what those exceptions are, could they be the J/V Partners, Spq/Kwg

Or, are they referring to some thing else?

I Know that Kwg had made reference to Canada Chrome Corp was looking into developing all three Chrome deposits, Black Thor, Black Label and Big Daddy.

It will be interesting to see how all this is going to pan out
