... welcome to the forum Chadly, your first post, yes/no? ...
... well, I'll bite... you, me, we are all investors, right? ... as investors we all want to make money... so I would have to say that every investor has his/her price. We pick and choose our investments based on many different things, bottom line... we want good people managing mining companies we put our hard-earned dollars into, in a stable environment, and of course, on what we would consider to be "good claims," based on personal DD. Applying these criteria to this company, Spider Resources, I would have to say it meets my/our standards.
... but like I said, we want to make money. How much money is where we will not likely agree. I won't put down a monetary value in this hub on Spider for other shareholders to scrutinize, being influenced one way or the other, to hold or sell, other leaders here have, I will not. We must all make our own determinations as to where/when we want to exit this company, we must all have an exit stragedy... if you don't, I think you're dead in the water... meaning you may stay in this until the last ounce of mineral is spent, and the company's value drops into obscurity, the abyss... you've lost!
... anyways, to get back on track, I will say that timing is paramount for Spider Resources, as it is for the other juniors too. But maybe moreso for Spider, and without going into the history as to why the share price is floundering where it is, Spider is vastly underpriced for the calibre of properties they are involved with... this is in my opinion... this is rough times for many in the mining industry, many companies struggling, putting it mildly. Timing is on the side of larger cash cow mining companies where they can come in and scoop up these vastly underpriced "diamonds in the ring" of fire... leaving shareholders with profits that cower when compared to the vast potential and value these companies actually have. So timing is not on the side of the investor that has the potential (properties), but on the side of the companies that already have the value. Hope I'm making sense to you? If I'm not just give me a slap, lol.... Chadly, I guess what I'm saying is yes, if the timing was right, which would then attract a more favorable offer, then I would entertain your question. Your hypothetical scenario could get a whole lot sweeter if more than one company jumped in, hence, a bidding war..... hope this helps, regards... kelsee
