Well...that is legal statement made by KWG....and that is the way I read...I always metion, In MY CONSIDERED OPINION....

IF you are so sure about what you are saying, why don't you call them and tell us in fat which one is true....I am stickiing by my interpretation, as it is written...If you do so then that will speak to us all....
