yes...I have re read the NR a few times, and asked a lawyer friend for his opinion, and his response was that it could very well be that no other party is involved, only Cliffs...

There is a correction to my post I shall make, in particular the 3rd party suggestion...everything else seems OK...this NR from KWg is a bit confusing...It states that CLiffs % percentage ownership of KWG will NOT be effected..and so this maybe a scheme by SPQ/KWG to avoid additiional control by Cliffs, in providing Canadian tax free or ensentives, provided by the Canadian Gov for exploratiion funnds, without giving "credit" shares ito Cliffs in KWG or SPQ....

I must say a very unusual arrangement...I suppose we will still have to wait for the final result...If this is in fact true, and actually happens, and Cliffs agrees, that certainly would be good for both SPQ/KWG, not giving up more control to Cliffs...we'll find out soon enough if it is true, and what implications it may have on these 5 JV claims...

The 53% control of these 5 JV claims by SPQ/KWG is not in dispute, so this is in fact if all approved a major step by these 2 who hold controlling INT...
