It's investors who know that their investment will pay off, if not now, then in the future. Who they are, it's really hard to tell, but Cliffs could possibly be buying them up for an upcoming buyout, but we will shall soon see.

BTW the trading of both SPQ & KWG are off their lowest of the day, and perhaps we should see some activity towards the end of the day, and, hopefully, it will be more buying than selling. Both are trading in the same range, which is very interesting.
