well...you do have a point in that...

they do mention that it would be a tx savings for Cliffs...so they do refer although not directly to Cliffs doing the financing, but on the other hand , KWg states, that it will NOT effect the % percentage already owned by Cliffs on KWg...

So it is a bit confusing...you can clarify this for all of us, and if my opinion is incorrect I shall propmtly correct it....
