Just checking with some of the disseneters on the next step. I received the report from the Oct.4/10 meeting which they were oblicated to notify us. Now we have 20 days to take this to the next level. I understand that now we send a letter demanding fair value for our shares. What I am not sure of is when do we send our registered share certificates to the target co. , Spider. Does this go with the letter demanding fair value or at a later date?

Anyone?
