PEJ - KWG

You will see that KWG questions get a cool response on the Spider hub. So I'll give you a response on the Off Topic (OT) board.

KWG is a diamond play. They have made that very clear. Although they are involved in funding the Freewest Option drilling project along with SPQ, their only interest in this project will be some financial return.

I would be extremely surprised if they were part of any merger. However, they were in attendance at the CIM luncheon the other day. And it's entirely possible they were at yesterday's meeting here in Toronto where numerous McFaulds' juniors met to discuss "how to share & reduce exploration costs".

There have been numerous previous discussions regarding KWG. But the long and short of it is that KWG is marching to its own drummer. If you like diamonds, it's the only McFaulds junior focusing on them (to my knowledge).

If the "Ring of Fire" goes ballistic with excellent drill results showing nickel, copper, gold, silver, PGEs, etc., KWG might benefit a tiny bit - but not much (my opinion only).

So KWG is a little bit of an orphan. But they have chosen this route.
