1) SPQ/KWG/FWR – JV earn-in percentages:

a. SPQ – 32.5%

b. KWG – 32.5%

c. FWR – 35%

2) SPQ/KWG/UC – JV earn-in percentages:

a. SPQ - 22.5% (30%-go to the link attn: below)

b. KWG - 22.5% (15%-go to the link attn: below)

c. UC - 55%

UC Resources has earned 10% in this jv. by meeting its' first year commitment up to Mar. 07, 2008...in the link below, UC has now committed to year two of this jv.

**UC is continuing to fund the exploration of this VMS camp by initially concentrating their efforts on the McFaulds #3 and #1 occurrences, then they advise that they will be looking at completing additional exploration on the other occurrences as the program progresses, through year two, three and four of the agreement.

*UC Res. has announced that it will be drilling fall of '08 on this Spq/Kwg jv property
