Spider Resources Inc. (Spider) is an exploration enterprise and carries on business in one segment, being the exploration for valuable minerals, in Canada. Spider #1 Project area (includes Kyle and MacFadyen properties) covers approximately 118 square kilometers. Project #2 MacFadyen Property includes five diamond-bearing kimberlites. Spider #3 Project Area (includes McFaulds, Freewest and Diagnos properties) is geographically delineated and encompasses approximately 300 square kilometers. Project #3 McFaulds Lake VMS Properties covers three properties, including the McFaulds (East) Property, the McFaulds (West) property and the Gremlin property. Project #4 Freewest Option Property includes seven mineral claims constituting 78 claim units. Project #5 Diagnos Initiative Properties are located in the vicinity of the Kyle properties in the James Bay Lowlands area of Northern Ontario. Project #6 Wawa Diamond Property encompasses 45 square kilometers.
