(OTC: SPZI - News), announced today it has engaged Kramer Weisman and Associates, LLP, a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board approved auditor, to begin an audit of the Company’s books. The audit is due to commence immediately and is targeted for completion on or around March 7, 2008.
