Starcore's Dead Weight

These people own a ton of shares of Starcore through the private placement at .50. They are profit hounds, not interested in long term investments. They've been putting their shares on the open market as often as possible which is keeping the share price down.

"Special Situations holds 8,100,300 Shares and 3,950,000 warrants ("Warrants";) of the Issuer

(collectively the "Securities"). The Securities represent approximately 18.64% of the issued

and outstanding Shares of the Issuer on a partially diluted basis (assuming exercise in full of

all convertible securities of the Issuer held by Special Situations)"

This is a big weight on the company and they don't plan on doing business with them again. They have a lot of shares to go through, so I think we'll be holding this posistion for a while since they just press the sell button.
