Past conversation with the CEO regarding news releases

posted on Jul 09, 08 04:15AM

Well one thing I did find out was that he is not a wimp. Quite to the contrary. He let me know in a succinct [possibly abrupt-lol] manner that when the results are ready and when he [within the legal guide lines] is ready to release those results he will do so. I also found out that if any of the cores in the batch show something unusual that calls for additional assaying, then he will hold that batch until he gets a better idea of what is going on. He can do that and he did do that. Remember the rhodium. Additionally, in this 'market climate', where assays are not given the due they deserve, why should any CEO want to be in a hurry to release their assays. Yes, we know that there are legal constraints but within that are also 'legal hat tricks' that a company can employ.

Best wishes,

Jerry Francis
