You are trying to bash the company for changing to iron chloride? This type of process is not developed overnight, it takes time and in that time there will be many changes. Do you honestly think any type of process will not be changed in development? As far as removing the rest of the iron, I am sure that it is being worked on and I can guarantee that Dr. Harris knows how to remove it.
