Perp, you are really funny! Not only are you a basher but a bad one at that! You are quoting peopple from the 70's and 80's??? Come on, it is 2008 and the waters have warmed substantionally.

Long term sulpheric acid prices expected to come down, maybe in the distance future they will but a lot of analysts think it will go up as well. The sheer demand for the product in industry could keep these prices here forever. They need it to produce fertilizer and with India and China just starting to grow just wait and see what happens in the future. Fertilzer has gone up in price as well because of the demand, not only for food but to grow corn and other crops for fuel. This is not going to slow down anytime soon!

How about posting a link to the "quote" for Brazillian sulpheric acid to East Asia!

I did not say that they would employ the largest of ships, that is just to show what size they have out there. They will deepen any area that they need to build a port if necessary and they will ship the product out, no problem. They have four months in order to do it, and guess what? The shipping dates are getting longer and longer as global warming takes it's effect. The government of Nunavut wants this project to proceed as does the federal gov't. There is just too many high paying jobs for the people of the north at stake. If the process proves out, we will be bought out by a major and you my friend will be eating more crow than you are right at this moment!
