Dear Shareholders,

The Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders for Starfield Resources will take place on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Andrew’s Club and Conference Centre, 150 King Street West, 27th Floor, Toronto.

Meeting materials have been mailed to shareholders, but are also available electronically on our website, www.starfieldres.com, or on SEDAR. Included in the Annual Report is a letter to all shareholders from André Douchane, President & CEO.
