Unlike the last question that was posed by TKundrat, I am demanding that this letter get read by management and the board and an answer given to the shareholders of this company.

I am sure I speak for many on this board and others who are not. Please ask management and the board, what have they done to get their bonuses?

Has the shareprice appreciated, NO, it has tanked

Have we made headway on the project, NO, no money is the answer

Have they come to an agreement with Dr. Harris et all, NO

Have they started the building of the metallurgical unit, NO

Has Douchane brought in new Shareholders, NO

Have they done a spectacular job in the past two years, NO, NO, NO!!!

Do they deserve the bonuses, HELL NO!!!!

Please get Mr. Douchane to answer the questions or I am affraid a shareholder revolt may be in order.
