Dear Shareholders,

Some of you may have seen the recent appointment of Andre Douchane as President and CEO of Excellon Resources, and you may wonder what this means for Starfield Resources.

Rest assured that Mr. Douchane remains committed to Starfield Resources in his role as President and CEO. As a large shareholder himself, Mr. Douchane believes in the Ferguson Lake project and the potential that lies not only within Starfield's large land position, but also with the hydromet technology. With the acquisition of Nevoro, Starfield is positioning itself as a larger and stronger company - ready to take advantage of future metal markets.
