Dear Starfield "management"

My Starfield investment is now worth approx 10% of the original price i paid, and the president (who made $500K in salary and bonuses from Starfield last year) takes a position as president and CEO of another company, and you put out a five line blurb to shareholders??? What is going on here? It must be explained in greater detail...
