Re: question for management

Quite a bit of shareholder unrest here and from the sounds of it long time shareholders. This is not good IMO, this company cannot afford to have shareholders knocking management because 10 cents can quickly become a nickel! The shareholders demand more information and I feel they have every right to ask this of management, they have skin in the game and should be privy to as much information as possible. These shareholders have seen their position in this company get more and more diluted and worth less and less by the day. Any way you look at it the market is speaking, most companies have rebounded from their lows yet SRU lags way behind the markets in this rebound. Is it because of management? Is it because of no progress on the metallurgical system, is it because people have become tired of this company seemingly always getting nowhere?

Questions that I would like see answered ASAP are;

1. metallurgical system, what is going on? Is hatch working on it and if not why not since this is the final piece of the puzzle that would make this property work.

2. any talks about dealing with the acid? Uranium mine may be right next door so to speak, have they been contacted about this possibility?

3. why are we wasting money on other things rather than moving the metallurgical system forward at full speed and making the next move towards building this mine in order to get revenue streams going?

4. the deal with Nevoro has closed, there should be a major overhaul of the website to include the new properties.

5. why would SRU look for a JV on the Chrome properties if they are potentially a big revenue stream as management thinks?

6. Why did SRU take over Nevoro? Which property were they really after? The moonlight property originally was not included but in the end it was, why did this happen? Why did management decide to keep the property?

7. what is the focus on the new properties? The cu, ni? The chrome? the cu?

8. can management give a new complete timeline for what they want to accomplish? how many years until production? We need to know this so if things do not get done in a timely manner we will have management held accountable.

9. SEYMOUR SCHULICH'S thoughts on the takeover and his outlook on the company as a whole?

10. what is going to be done about this horrible share price?

11. the results of the dighem is a good start but what needs to be put out is fugro's report to SRU and how they read the results. Most all people do not know how to read these results and do not have a geophysicist at hand to help them. Furgo would have submitted a report to SRU to help them read the results, this must be put into a NR or at least onto the website so we can read it and maybe understand why management has switched their focus.

All of this of course is respectably submitted.
