In discussion with investor relations at the company, i was told that "management" would have loved to buy shares when the stock price recently dropped to 9 cents but they couldn't because they were in their blackout period. My question to management now is that if it was so good at 9 cents, and i presume you are out of the blackout period, have you bought at 10.5 cents? And if not...why not?
