86,000 plus shares as an increase is fractional. Where am I supposed to agree with your point? The institutional holdings are apparently long term although no specific institutions are named. Making the assumption that they are trying to hold the share price down reminds me of the mindless babble that was so prevalent before the big crack in the share price. Might it not be that there is simply no interest in the company or it's stock in the market? No that is too simple an explanation.
