As a result, Mr. Kalt has resigned as a Director of the Corporation. Mr. Kalt has also stepped down as the President, CEO and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation.



The Corporation would like to express its appreciation for the services provided by Mr. Kalt and wishes him well in his endeavors.
