M2 EQUITY BITES-December6, 2011-StrikePoint names Arness Cordick as new interim CEO and adds Rowland Perkins and Shawn KhunKhun as directors (C)2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS http://www.m2.com Gold mining company StrikePoint Gold (TSX-V:SKP) (Pink Sheets:STKXF) announced on Monday that its board of directors has appointed Arness Cordick as interim chief executive officer with immediate effect. Cordick has been a member of the board since 1994. The current CEO, Richard Boulay, will remain chairman of the board and will concentrate on helping StrikePoint expand its mineral exploration property base. StrikePoint also reported the appointment of Rowland Perkins and Shawn KhunKhun to its board of directors. Perkins has seved as president, CEO and a director of ebackup Inc since 2001, while KhunKhun has been providing office management and business development services to StrikePoint since 2004.
