Mr. Boulay graduated from Carleton University in 1967 with a degree in Geology, and has 40 years experience in mining exploration and development. He spent 12 years as a finance specialist for Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, and Bank of Tokyo focused on large mining infrastructure projects.
Mr. Boulay is a member of the Nominations Committee and the Governance Committee and served as San Gold's Chief Financial Officer from 2005 until June 2007. He is currently on BOD for San Gold and Petrolia

Courtney Shearer

President

Courtney Shearer, BSc, MBA, has been appointed as President and director of Marum Resources Inc. Mr. Shearer has an extensive background in the resource industries including mining, oil and gas and the timber business. He is a director of San Gold, and is also currently serving as a director of Merit Mining Corp. of Vancouver, B.C. He has been chief financial officer of Gold City Industries Ltd., one of San Gold's predecessor companies, and Merit Mining Corp. He is currently president of Tobiano Resources Inc., a private oil and gas company based in Calgary, Alta. As president, Mr. Shearer will be responsible for the administration of Marum, including all compliance and regulatory matters.
