Suncor and Petrocan will officially become one on Friday. While I think this will be good in the long run. Sadly, some folks will be losing their jobs and it may create a cash flow problem(reduced cash flow) from time to time. As they work out the duplication of people and departments. Grow pains, funny to say that about Suncor after all these years but really it is about to become a different company. I think a better rounded company, not most of the eggs in one basket.

I have bought Suncor at many different prices. I didn't think I would ever see it below $20 bucks but last summer yahoo it went there.

I have seen the maps for Suncor's leases and lots in Northern Alberta, there is still room for growth there. Last summer, I attended a few drill rigs that were drilling for Suncor (I haven't this year but that is because the unit I'm working is to small for drill rigs).

Suncor has been developing more of a presence in the Eastern Slopes area and Petrocan has well developed fields in this area (great people to work with).
