This is a fair and good deal. It is possible that other suiters will step forward but given the state of the current economy, the stock market, the world markets and volatility it is a fair deal. The company has fulfilled its pledge to shareholders given the amount of capital that it had to work with. Short of rasining a substantive sum of cash and investing in other areas for growth, what choice does it have? Keep in mind that the Nomadix law suit also lies in the wings unsolved.
